Description:
We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to raise the quality bar across multiple client projects. You’ll own test strategy and execution end-to-end, coach engineers on quality practices, and help us build scalable QA processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own QA for client projects: define test approach, scope, risks, environments, and acceptance criteria with PMs/Tech Leads and clients.
- Plan and execute testing across web, mobile, and API layers: functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
- Design maintainable test automation.
- Set quality standards: test case design guidelines, definition of done/ready, release criteria, and defect triage workflows.
- Coach and mentor other QAs and developers on quality practices and risk-based testing.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Testing roles
- Strong understanding of test strategy, risk-based testing
- Solid knowledge of web testing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with test automation
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong communication
- Minimum English proficiency level: B2 (Upper Intermediate)
Desired skills:
- Experience with mobile testing
- Experience with performance/load testing
- Experience with leading QA teams
- Security testing basics (familiarity with OWASP Top 10)
- Python knowledge is a plus
- Typescript knowledge is a plus
